Alexandra Antoniou is a physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and holds a BSc in physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University and a BSc in German literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She has been practicing the Bowen Technique since 2001 and is a Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia (BTAA) senior Instructor, teaching Bowtech since 2010.
Alexandra is based in Athens, Greece and has taught Bowtech, as well as her own endorsed BTAA seminar “Sotai Exercise for Bowtech practitioners” in Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus.
She is a founding member of the Bowtech Association of Greece and the Hellenic Shiatsu Society and a member of the European Bowen Association.
In her seminars, she seeks to convey Bowtech’s message in a safe and forthcoming manner, embellishing it with interesting information on anatomy and physiology, and combining it with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sotai and Zen Shiatsu practices, following her 25-year involvement with alternative therapies.
She has taught yoga as a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, as well as NLP for companies and individuals.
Emily Poulou is a BTAA certified Bowtech instructor since 2019, a teaching assistant since 2015 and has been practicing the Bowen Technique since 2003. She is based in Athens but is also active in Sparta where she was born comes from. She is a graduate of Natural Health Science and has been involved in alternative and complementary therapies such as Reflexology, Nutrition Counseling and Biotherapy for over twenty years. Her love for the uniqueness and simplicity of Bowtech was her motivation to become an instructor. She strives to transfer her knowledge and experience to those who attend her seminars, held always in small groups.
I am a Bowtech Instructor accredited by the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia, a member of the Bowtech Association of Greece and have been practicing the technique since 2003. I am a graduate of the European Shiatsu School and have been practicing Shiatsu professionally since 2006. I am a Naturopath ND from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and the Neo-Hippocrates School of Health and a member of the Panhellenic Naturopathic Association. I live in Chania and teach Bowtech, hoping to inspire my students through my appreciation and dedication to the technique.
She is an accredited Instructor with the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia and has been active in Rethymnon on the island of Crete, practicing Bowtech since 2010. Her seminars are infused with her dedication to a holistic approach to health and the knowledge she has acquired by attending counseling courses on psychology and nutrition, movement and psychosomatic expression, Bach flower remedies, and many other modalities.
Graduate seminars are taught by BTAA senior accredited instructor Andrew Zoppos.
He began teaching in 1994 and was the initiator of Bowtech – The Original Bowen Technique seminars in Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland, Moldavia and the Philippines.
His unique teaching style is infused with his passion for Bowtech .
He has been practicing the Bowen Technique and Craniosacral Therapy full time since 1995. He was accredited by the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia to teach the Bowen Technique in 1999 and has since then, taught in many countries throughout the world. He was awarded a lifetime membership of the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia in 2004.
He is the author of 6 books. His DVD set Applying the Bowen Technique was released in 2008 and his Understanding the Bowen Technique DVD was released in 2010.
